摘要

A brand-new mode of manufacturing a tire intelligently in entire process. The mode comprises manufacturing a tire intelligently in entire process by an APS production schedule system, a MES manufacturing execution system, production links, warehouse links, and an intelligent logistics system jointly. The MES manufacturing execution system controls the production systems to complete production tasks, thereby achieving the automation and intellectualization of the entire process from raw material transportation to finished product ex-warehousing.
