摘要

Disclosed in the present invention is a process for preparing epichlorohydrin by means of the direct epoxidation of chloropropene, a modified heteropolyacid immobilized catalyst and a preparation method therefor; specifically, disclosed is a process route for preparing epichlorohydrin by means of the direct epoxidation of chloropropene in the presence of a modified heteropolyacid immobilized catalyst by using hydrogen peroxide as an oxygen source. The main advantages of the process are: ① the ratio of chloropropene to hydrogen peroxide is low, and the amount of chloropropene is small; ② reaction and separation processes are coupled to save equipment, and the process is simple; ③ a side reaction of hydrolysis between epichlorohydrin and water under acidic conditions is prevented, and the yield and selectivity of epichlorohydrin are high.
