The present invention relates to a wholesale and retail transaction mediation method for mediating in wholesale and retail transactions between a wholesale business and a retail business based on a stock state of the wholesale business, and to a mediation system using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the wholesale and retail transaction mediation method comprises the following steps of: receiving order information including purchase quantity data of an ordered product from a retail business terminal; requesting, to the retail business terminal, a selection of whether to perform a refund process or to perform a non-return process for the ordered product when there is no stock quantity held by a wholesale business for the ordered product; receiving selection information on the request from the retail business terminal; receiving payment completion information corresponding to the order information from a payment server; requesting an input of the stock quantity for the ordered product to a wholesale business terminal; receiving stock quantity data for the ordered product from the wholesale business terminal; and processing an order received from the retail business terminal based on the purchase quantity data, the selection information, the payment completion information, and the stock quantity data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
