A raspberry composition of the present invention increases the immunoresponses of Th1 cells and Treg cells in an animal (mice); suppresses the activities of Th2 cells and Th17 cells; reduces pathogenic microorganisms and anti-obesity microorganisms, Peptostreptococcaceae and Peptococcaceae; and increases obesity microorganisms and butyrate-producing microorganisms, Lachnospiraceae, Ruminococcaceae, S24 7 family, and Rikenellaceae.
