Disclosed is a coexistence method of LTE-LAA and WLAN. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the coexistence method of LTE-LAA and WLAN comprises: a step where a communication apparatus calculates a weight of a WLAN device and a weight of an LTE-LAA device to maximize the sum of a processing amount of the WLAN device and a processing amount of the LTE-LAA device in an unlicensed spectrum; a step where the communication apparatus allocates time slots to the WLAN device and the LTE-LAA device based on the weight of the WLAN device and the weight of the LTE-LAA device; and a step where the communication apparatus controls to allow the WLAN device and the LTE-LAA device to use the unlicensed spectrum to transceive signals in accordance with the allocated time slots.
