According to the present invention, a high frequency knife for endoscopic submucosal dissection comprises: a tube unit inserted into a body; an electrode tip connection line which is inserted into the tube unit, and moves the following electrode tip forwards and backwards; a needle connection line which is inserted into the tube unit in parallel with the electrode tip connection line, and moves the following needle forwards and backwards; the electrode tip which is arranged on the front end of the electrode tip connection line, and receives high frequency to cut lesions from body tissue; and the needle which is sharply formed on the front end of the needle connection line, and penetrates under the mucus of the lesion to inject a liquid to expand the tissue. The front end of the electrode tip has a semispherical dome shape. The electrode tip has a U-shaped guide groove formed on a side of the front end of the front end to allow the needle to enter and exit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
