The present invention relates to an antibody that detects tyrosine phosphorylation at a specific position of ZNF746, a Parkinson′s disease-derived protein, and enables early diagnosis of degenerative brain diseases including Parkinson′s disease, a kit and composition including the same, and a method for diagnosing degenerative brain diseases and screening for related drugs using the same.
