The present invention relates to a helium and power supply apparatus to operate a low-altitude remote explorer for a long time, and, more specifically, to a helium tube continuously supplying helium gas to a flying object therethrough to always maintain the constant amount of helium gas filled in the flying object and lifting a power line. The present invention provides a helium and power supply apparatus to operate a low-altitude remote explorer for a long time, which comprises: the flying object; the tube to anchor the flying object on the ground; and a helium gas supply apparatus supplying helium gas to the flying object through the tube and supplying the helium gas to the tube to fill the tube with the helium gas. Accordingly, the helium gas fills the flying object from the groove through the helium gas, such that the helium gas can always and constantly fill a balloon of the flying object without descending the flying object to the ground. The helium tube is formed in a crescent shape to be ascended by wind and thus an effect that the weight of the tube affects the flying object is able to be decreased. Moreover, power is supplied to an electronic device of the flying object from the ground through a power supply line, such that a battery is not installed in the flying object and thus the weight of the flying object can be reduced.
