The present invention relates to an anti-peeling agent for an asphalt mixture which can obtain an effect of enhancing water resistance of the asphalt mixture, reducing the asphalt aging, reducing the plastic deformation, and enhancing the crack resistance by using a purified slowly cooled slag obtained by processing the slag by a specific method, and which can enhance economic efficiency and process efficiency, and to a method for manufacturing the same, an asphalt mixture comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the asphalt mixture. The purified slowly cooled slag comprises 55-65 mass% of CaO, 5-10 mass% of SiO_2, 1-5 mass% of Al_2O_3, and 1-5 mass% of MgO.
