The present invention relates to a two-liquid type high strength and high elasticity polyurethane resin composition for repairing and reinforcing a crack of a concrete structure with low viscosity and room temperature fast curing having curing thermochromic, and a repairing and reinforcing method of a crack of a concrete structure using the same. More specifically, the composition comprises: a main material including a polyurethane prepolymer and bis (2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate (DEHT) as a low viscosity plasticizer; and a curing agent including polypropylene glycol and carbon black. The composition has low viscosity, penetrates into micro pores of concrete to serve as a concrete strengthening primer, and penetrates into a crack of concrete to repair and reinforce the crack. Curing time is short as 5-20 minutes, so it is possible to construct in winter. When cured, the composition turns to gray such that it is easy to check the cured state. The composition exhibits high strength and high elasticity properties, thereby effectively preventing concrete cracking after construction.
