A property services management system and method of providing property services

A method of providing property services involving: receiving electronic requests for property services, assessing service providers (30; Fig 1) to decide which provider to engage, and engaging said provider. Historical data about service providers, held in a database 12, may be utilised. The method may also involve assessing whether or not the request should be acted on or not, which may be decided by using historical data about the tenant (20; Fig 1). The requests for service may include data identifying the nature of the requested service, the location within the property and/or the urgency of the request.
