PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design system of a structure, design method of the structure and design program of the structure which can efficiently design the structure manufactured by using a three-dimensional printer.SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of a design system 20 identifies the new node according to the acquired division position, and generates the closed diagram by dividing the diagram with a line connecting the new node to generate diagram information 230. The control unit 21 generates the new route containing the route tracing the outer shape of the new closed diagram with the new node as a feature point, and stores route information 240 related to the route in a route memory 24. The control unit 21, when it is determined that it is not OK in checking, acquires the division position again and repeatedly executes processing of identifying the node, generating the closed diagram and generating the new route. The control unit 21, when it is determined that it is OK in checking, causes a printer 15 to execute output processing of the route.
