To provide a system and a method for generating more related data which allows techniques of diagnosing a model base and of prognosis of the model base.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a device for modeling a component. A physical component 102 has a vector of an unknown parameter, and the device includes at least one computer 104 and at least one memory having a computer program code. The at least one memory and the computer program code cause the device to construct a binary function for modeling the realization possibility of points on the basis of the vector of the at least one unknown parameter, using the at least one computer, construct a sequence approximating to a binary function in a first repetition, and update the sequence approximating to the binary function at least partially on the basis of the smallest value of the cost function of the vector of the unknown parameter in a second repetition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
