PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of the number of common sense questions in examination questions.SOLUTION: A server device 10 calculates a correct answer rate for each of a plurality of questions based on an answer result of each of the plurality of questions to which either of a gradually different plurality of selection frequencies is set, performs control for changing a selection frequency set to the question more than or equal to a first value, to a lower selection frequency than the set selection frequency among the plurality of selection frequencies for the question having the calculated correct answer rate more than or equal to the first value, and selects the question being an answer item, based on the selection frequency set for each of the plurality of questions, among the plurality of questions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
