To provide a building damage detection device capable of evaluating building damage by a determination method different from determination due to comparison between a threshold and a response value.SOLUTION: A building damage detection device includes: a determination unit for determining damage in a determination layer being a determination object in an observation layer by using a building damage detection model which learns a relation between acceleration data in the observation layer and the existence/nonexistence of the damage in the observation layer by using the acceleration data obtained from a sensor provided in the observation layer of a multilayer-structured building and damage information showing the existence/nonexistence of the damage in the observation layer; an acquisition unit for acquiring the acceleration data from the sensor provided in the determination layer in the observation layer; and an output part for outputting a determination result obtained when the determination unit determines the damage in the determination layer by using the acquired acceleration data and the damage detection model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
