In order to provide advantageous design conditions it is proposed that the lifting device of the receiving head (4) which can be moved under the stored goods (11) comprises at least one lifting bar (13) which runs in the direction of the rack guides (7) and is mounted on a longitudinal support (12) so as to be adjustable in height by means of deflecting gears (14) which are distributed over the length of the lifting bar (13) and can be acted upon in the direction of the rack guides (7).
