This technical solution relates to specialized computing devices, namely to expert decision support systems, and can be used for on-line consultation in the "request-response" mode when choosing rational parameters with non-deterministic regularities within the framework of an acceptable user question base used . The technical result consists in expanding the class of permissible questions of users, which ensures an increase in the efficiency of using an expert system. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in a decision-making system with an expandable knowledge base, which includes a user request generation unit connected to the inputs of the matching unit and the direct fuzzy logical output block of the output, the output of which is connected to the input of the fuzzy output parameter defuzzification unit and interpretation of the obtained numerical value , from the first output of which the numerical answer is taken, the knowledge base block, the input of which is connected to the output of the correspondence establishment block and with the output of the training block, and the outputs with the second input of the direct fuzzy logic output block and the request generation block, according to the utility model, additionally contains series-connected blocks constructing clear numerical tabular pair dependencies, constructing clear inverse pair dependencies and forming a set of new rules, by the output of the new rules forming unit connected to the second input of the knowledge base block, and the input of the building block of clear numerical tabular pair dependencies is connected to the second output of the fuzzy output parameter defuzzification unit and interpretation of the obtained numerical value, and the second output to the third input of the direct fuzzy logic output unit.
