The purpose of the notification is to create a numerical model. In accordance with the method of approach (2), no less than thirty degrees shall be taken at the zenith of the sun using an optical camera in which the focal point of the lens is 200-300 mm and the angle of the lens cone shall be 25-35 degrees, between photographs (3) cover 80% longitudinal coverage (4) and 60% cross-sectional coverage (5) shall be used,and in the air raids (2) at the same time as the aerial photographs (3) the laser scanner receives the coordinates of the laser point of reflection from the surface. The aeronautical laser scan data shall be used to produce a numerical field model and the numerical field model shall be generated by using a neural network implemented in the programmable system. During the mosaic phase of orthography, the method of learning by strengthening in the field of mechanical learning shall be used for the production and evaluation of mosaic lines.
