The present utility model relates to the process of producing natural juice with turmeric rhizome and blue ternate flower extracts. This process involves washing 337 grams of turmeric rhizomes and 337 grams of fully bloomed blue ternate flowers in separate stainless basin to remove dirt; boiling 3 liters of water for 5 minutes, letting it cool; blending separately 337 grams of the turmeric rhizomes and 337 grams of the blue ternate flowers in 500 mL of the boiled water using the kitchen blender; straining separately the blended turmeric rhizomes and the blue ternate flowers using the cheese cloth and set aside; squeezing of 1 kilo of calamansi juice in a separate container, remove the seeds and set aside; mixing together the strained juice from step (d), squeezed calamansi from step (e), and remaining boiled water from step (b); adding 587 grams of refined sugar to the mixed juice; and adding 250 mL honey and 1 teaspoon citric acid in the juice; and pouring said juice in 330 mL sterilized plastic bottle and refrigerate.
