The present utility model relates to the process of making saba banana (Musa Saba) Sprinkled with muscovado sugar (Saccharum officinarum L.) powdered peanuts (Arachis hypogaea) with turmeric (Curcuma longa) comprising the steps of: cleaning the saba bananas; peeling the green-colored mature bananas; slicing the peeled saba bananas; preparing the mixture of muscovado sugar, powdered roasted peanuts and turmeric powder; mixing the three ingredients as muscovado sugar, powdered peanuts and turmeric powder; deep frying the saba banana fries; sprinkling saba banana fries with the mixture of muscovado, powdered peanuts and turmeric; setting aside the banana fries sprinkled with muscovado sugar and powdered peanuts with turmeric; packaging and sealing the saba banana fries sprinkled with suscovado sugar and powdered peanuts with turmeric; and storing the finished product.
