The present invention relates to a minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) detection test wherein bands (1), which are produced by applying antibiotics on cotton, linen and silk fabric, are used. The objective of the present invention is to use cotton fabric, linen fabric, silk fabric or fabrics of cotton-polymer mixture for the bands, which are used for carrying out measurements in the minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) detection test kit, and one surface of which has a ruler.
