The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method, apparatus andsystem fordetermining sweet spot region for shale oil in-situ conversion development.The methodcomprises: determining an output oil and gas potential index according to aTotal OrganicCarbon (TOC), a Hydrogen Index (HI) and a shale density; determining a heatedshalesection according to the output oil and gas potential index and correspondinglower limitvalue of the oil and gas potential index that is determined according to awell arrangementmode and a shale vitrinite reflectance; determining an output quantityaccording to athickness and an area of the heated shale section and data of the output oiland gas potentialindex; determining a Return on Investment (ROI) according to the outputquantity and aninvested cost; and determining a sweet spot region for shale oil in-situconversiondevelopment by using the ROI.
