Disclosed is an anti-eccentric wear and plunger slipper assembly, comprising a plunger (10) and a slipper (20) fitted with each other. The plunger (10) comprises a plunger body (11), a cavity is arranged inside the plunger body (11) in an axial direction, a spring seat (12), a valve core and a spring (14) are successively arranged in the cavity in the axial direction, an oil through hole is provided in the spring seat (12) in the aixal direction, the radial dimension of the valve core is greater than the radial dimension of the oil through hole and is less than the radial dimension of the cavity, a damping hole is provided in the plunger body (11) or the slipper (20). During operation, the slipper (20) is in contact with an end face of a swashplate and forms an accommodation cavity with the end face of the swashplate, and the damping hole can communicate the accommodation cavity with the cavity of the plunger body (11). The anti-eccentric wear plunger and slipper assembly can effectively improve the stress in a slipper, ensures the uniformity and continuity of an oil film and realizes a stress balance in the slipper, thereby preventing wear due to the overturn of the slipper.
