According to the present invention, instant assessment and feedback of rehabilitation training are implemented while implementing upper and lower limbs rehabilitation training by means a game in a virtual scene full of entertain and interest; in addition, by selecting three rehabilitation training categories in a rehabilitation game and selecting rehabilitation training modes in each category and a plurality of scene difficulty degree categories, a virtual reality-based precise upper and lower limbs rehabilitation training method is finally formed.
