An apparatus for preparing alginate hydrogel particles, alginate particles, and a preparation method therefor are disclosed. An apparatus for preparing alginate hydrogel particles, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first nebulizer for injecting alginate droplets by using a first carrier gas; a second nebulizer for injecting divalent cationic droplets by using a second carrier gas; a reaction glass tube which is formed between the second nebulizer and the second nebulizer, and which prepares alginate hydrogel particles by cross-linking the alginate droplets and the divalent cationic droplets; and a collection container in which the alginate hydrogel particles are collected.
