An embodiment of the present invention provides a CNT thin film manufacturing method to easily manufacture a CNT thin film for a strain sensor or a CNT thin film for a hydrogen sensor by membrane vacuum filtration without applying a substrate and a dispersant. The CNT thin film manufacturing method comprises: a step of generating a CNT organic solvent mixture by mixing a carbon nanotube (CNT) and an organic solvent; a step of generating CNT organic solvent sludge by applying ultrasonic waves to the CNT organic solvent mixture; a step of generating a CNT dispersion solution by applying ultrasonic waves having a predetermined energy to the CNT organic solvent sludge and thus, dispersing CNT; a step of performing vacuum filtration of the CNT organic solvent mixture by using a membrane filter; and a step of curing the CNT thin film not dried by being filtered by the membrane filter, removing a residual organic solvent, and separating the CNT thin film from the membrane filter.
