The present invention relates to a mobile sink-based energy efficient clustering technique in a mobile sensor network. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mobile sink-based energy efficient clustering technique in a mobile sensor network which increases energy when selecting a new cluster head according to the mobility of mobile sensor nodes, and divides the entire network into multiple cluster groups based on mobile sinks, taking mobility issues into account, thereby reducing overall energy consumption.
