The present invention relates to a system for predicting the risk of acute renal failure after non-cardiac surgery and a method thereof. Specifically, the system includes a variable selector, a classification reference point setting unit, and a prediction unit of risk of acute renal failure after non-cardiac surgery. The method includes a first step of selecting a variable, a second step of setting a classification reference point, and a third step of predicting the risk of acute renal failure after non-cardiac surgery.
