The present invention relates to a myotendinous junction compression bandage with an improved compression structure, configured to locally and continuously compress a painful area formed in the myotendinous junction of the elbow, the ankle or the like, thereby releasing tension at the myotendinous junction of the painful area. More specifically, the myotendinous junction compression bandage has an improved local compression portion, thereby elastically and instantaneously compressing the myotendinous junction. The present invention comprises: a tightening pad covering the myotendinous junction; a tightening connection portion winding a tightening string formed on the tightening pad, thereby reducing a diameter of the tightening pad formed in an annular shape by means of the tightening string; and a local compression portion formed on the tightening pad and locally compressing a painful area of the myotendinous junction tightened by the tightening pad. The local compression portion comprises: an adjusting bracket installed in one point of the tightening pad and including an elevation slot; a compression head arranged in an elevation structure on the elevation slot of the adjusting bracket, and locally compressing the myotendinous junction covered by the tightening pad through an inwardly-protruding compression ball; and a resilient spring elastically supporting the compression head on the elevation slot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
