The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing gold nanoparticles using mesenchymal stem cells and a method for monitoring cells using the gold nanoparticles obtained by the synthesis method. The mesenchymal stem cells react with a gold ion supplying solution to obtain the gold nanoparticles such that the gold nanoparticles which can be accumulated in the mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) without separate addition of a reducing agent, a capping agent, and a stabilizer, thereby ensuring cost effectiveness and bio-affinity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
