The present invention relates to a specimen for evaluating the effect of magnetite on stress corrosion cracking and a method for manufacturing the same. It is possible to prepare a specimen for stress corrosion cracking evaluation by the method according to the present invention, and by using the specimen prepared in the present invention, it is possible to simulate a situation in which magnetite is attached or accumulated on the material surface and electrically contacted, such as an actual nuclear power plant environment. It is possible to quantitatively evaluate the effect of magnetite on stress corrosion cracking, and to identify the mechanism of action accordingly.
