METHOD FOR COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC STROKE IN THE ACUTE PERIOD AND AT THE STAGE OF EARLY REHABILITATION WITH APPLICATION OF INFRA-RED TERAHERTZ RADIATION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and reflexotherapy, and can be used in cardiology for treating the patients with ischemic stroke in the acute period and at the stage of early rehabilitation. Method of complex treatment of patients with ischemic stroke in the acute period and at the stage of early rehabilitation with application of infra-red terahertz radiation is offered. Next stage after exposure to infrared terahertz radiation on the Bai-Hui acupuncture point (VG 20) localized in the head region and temperature stabilization at that point in accordance with the established physiological temperature corridor, is selecting, based on the acupuncture points (AP) temperature monitoring test results and the clinical symptomatology analysis, the skin area for exposure to said radiation, the epicenters of which are representative AP: He-Gu (Gi4); Da-Bao (RP 21); Tai Chun (F3); Guan-Yuan (VC4) and Da-Jouy (VG14), wherein from paired AP: Da-Bao (RP 21), Tai-Chun (F3) and He-Gu (Gi4), selecting AP with higher temperature, then, with underlying clinical symptomatology, followed by dynamic observation, sequential exposure of AP to radiation in courses to each individual AP in the procedure, or simultaneously in different combinations of these points in the procedure; 1 procedure is performed daily.;EFFECT: invention provides more effective recovery of patients' vital activity and control of therapeutic course completion in temperature stabilization in representative AP within physiological corridor and regression of neurological symptoms.;1 cl, 3 ex
