FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely immunology, and can be used to determine the significance of differences in lymphocyte subpopulation measurement results by flow cytofluorometry. For this purpose, determining the average value M of the compared measurement results and the absolute value of their difference D in the selected units of measurement, for the average value M, determining the corresponding value of the minimum determined difference MDD by the determined table and comparing absolute value of difference D with value of minimum determined difference MDD and at DMDD differences in measurement results are considered significant.
