FIELD: rolling.;SUBSTANCE: rolling mill used on ESP process line has rolling rolls (3, 4), bearing assembly (2) and hydraulic cylinder (1) of roll shift. Possibility to increase resource of rolls is ensured by that the middle part of surface of rolls (3, 4) is made concave, one end of rolls is made cone-shaped, with gradual narrowing in the direction to the edge, as a result of which there is a compensatory inclination on the roll surface, and the other end of the rolls is cylindrical. Upper roll (3) and lower roller (4) have the same profile and are oriented with the same ends in opposite directions. Method includes compensation of wear (Δr) of upper roller (3) and lower roller (4), wherein upper roller (3) is shifted in the first direction along the horizontal by a distance equal to value (s) of the roll shift, by means of hydraulic cylinder (1) of roll displacement, which is connected to upper roller, and lower roller (4) is shifted in the second direction along the horizontal at the same distance by means of hydraulic cylinder (1) of the roll shift, which is connected to lower roller, wherein first direction along horizontal is opposite to second direction along horizontal line.;EFFECT: device and method enable to reduce deviation of dimensions of rolled product and increase service life of rolls.;15 cl, 11 dwg
