Disclosed is a light emitting device, comprising a power source, a laser emitter (1), a charging circuit, a tank circuit and a control circuit. The control circuit is used for disconnecting the laser emitter (1) and the tank circuit in a first time period, and the charging circuit is used for charging the tank circuit during at least part of the first time period; the control circuit is further used for connecting the laser emitter (1) and the tank circuit in a second time period, so that the tank circuit supplies power to the laser emitter (1) and enables the laser emitter (1) to emit light pulse signals until the output current of a capacitor (C1) is lower than the threshold current of the laser emitter (1). The first time period and the second time period alternates, enabling the laser emitter (1) to emit laser pulse sequences. The light emitting device can ensure the output value thereof conforms to the specified value for eye safety. Further provided is a distance measuring device comprising the light emitting device and a mobile platform comprising the distance measuring device.
