Disclosed are a capsule coffee machine and a control method and system therefor. The coffee machine comprises a refrigerated cabinet, a capsule coffee container, a capsule coffee brewing device, a stirring and water injection device, a cup taking and conveying device, a control device, a water pump, and a hot water boiler. Cups are stored in the refrigerated cabinet, and powder or liquid materials are encapsulated in the cups. The powder or liquid materials encapsulated in the cups are stirred by means of the stirring and water injection device controlled by the control device, and the stirred powder or liquid materials are injected into the coffee brewed by the capsule coffee brewing device, achieving making of coffee of different tastes. The powder or liquid materials are encapsulated in the cups to achieve whole-process sealed preservation of the powder or liquid materials, so that the powder or liquid materials are prevented from moisture deterioration, and the preservation time is long. The powder or liquid materials are not easy to spill to other places of the capsule coffee machine by means of the sealed preservation, the contamination in the capsule coffee machine is avoided, and it is more healthful. The present invention can be widely applied to the field of coffee making.
