The invention discloses a gushing and spraying type floating breakwater and system. The breakwater comprises two floating boxes. The waveward face of each floating box is provided with a water inlet.The upper end of each water inlet is connected with a first water storing bin. The bottom of each first water storing bin is connected with a second water storing bin through a pipeline. A gas one-wayvalve is arranged on the upper portion of each second water storing bin. The two floating boxes are connected through a connecting part. Each floating box further comprises a gas compressing bin. Nosealing plate is arranged at the bottom end of each gas compressing bin. The bottom end of each gas compressing bin is directly connected with external seawater. The upper ends of the gas compressingbins are provided with first gas pressure control valves communicating with atmosphere. The upper portions of the gas compressing bins are provided with second gas pressure control valves communicating with the second water storing bins. Water spraying devices are arranged in the second water storing bins. The breakwater has the beneficial effects that the breakwater is ingeniously combined with the water curtain type water spraying devices, and the breakwater has the advantages of being simple in structure, free of pollution, easy to assembly, good in wave absorbing effect and capable of being produced in batches, and is suitable for being used and popularized.
