EPA is providing the document to promote better understanding of CERCLA and EPCRArelease notification requirements and Reportable Quantity (RQ) adjustment issues. Questions are organized by broad subject categories. The table of contents lists topics addressed in each subject section. An index helps the reader locate questions according to key words or issues, and a regulatory index lists topic areas with corresponding regulatory citations where topics are addressed in more detail.
