Hybrid Manufacturing System Modeling Environment Using VRML

摘要

This paper describes how a team at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State211u001eUniversity (VPI) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is 211u001eusing VRML as a Hybrid manufacturing-modeling environment. Different 211u001emanufacturing scenarios that are being investigated with the environment and 211u001efuture research directions are also discussed.
