On July 31, 2008, Nashville Wire Products, Inc. (“Nashville Wire”), SSW Holding Company, Inc. (“SSW”), the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied?Industrial and Service Workers International Union, and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 6 filed antidumping and countervailing duty petitions regarding imports of certain KASAR from China. In the original investigations, the Commission defined two domestic like products corresponding to the imported KASAR within Commerce’s scope: (1) refrigeration shelving and (2) oven racks.
