摘要

General predictor-corrector (GPC) methods for parabolic equations (PE) with delay are discussed. The GPC consist of an (explicit) linear multistep predicator an (implicit) linear multistep and an (unconventional) iteration scheme. The efficient numerical solution of classical PE can be accomplished for stiff differential equations via GPC. Diffusion problems with technical conditions are considered. Numerical experiments which illustrate results are reported.
