摘要

A control system and model for drives with conventional synchronous machines were developed. A literature study shows that the control method which orients the indicator of armature current and flux perpendicular to each other is most suited. A method of rigid armature flux orientation was designed. This method allows a fast adjustment of the torque as in converter-fed dc machines; simultaneously the operating conditions can be maintained. The control concept and the different control loops are described. The test results agree very well with theoretical predictions. With the proposed method, a direct proportionality between armature current and torque is obtained.
