Clean Cities is a community-based, voluntary program that provides a framework for local businesses and governments to work together as a coalition to build on the community's existing Clean Cities technologies markets. The Clean Cities framework helps coalitions to focus and coordinate the activities necessary to strengthen the existing markets.
