摘要

This report documents research efforts in quality assessment, recruitment, training, and application extensions of the George Mason University (GMU) Geocrowdsourcing Testbed. The testbed is designed to capture, evaluate, and utilize crowdsourced geospatial data associated with transient obstacles and navigation hazards in the region surrounding the GMU campus in Fairfax, Virginia. We present our quality assessment research based on best practices, and discuss its deployment within our system. We present our training and recruitment program and discuss its future directions and future efforts to recruit and train participants, and finally, extensions of our testbed in accessible routing and visualization.
