The Final Proceedings for International Congress NONLINEAR DYNAMICAL ANALYSIS 2007 dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Academician A.M. Lyapunov, 4 June 2007 - 8 June 2007 Conference program will include Plenary session, Oral sessions and Special sessions. The scientific scope of the conference includes several advanced branches of modern mathematics and mechanics which are of paramount importance for both fundamental and applied research. Oral sessions will be organized on the following topics: 1. Stability theory and nonlinear oscillations 2. Nonlinear control 3. Classical mechanics 4. Celestial mechanics 5. Nonlinear differential equations and their applications 6. Mathematical modeling in natural, technical and humanitarian sciences 7. Chaos Theory 8. Games theory and its applications in management The objectives of these sessions are: to present and discuss recent achievements in nonlinear dynamic analysis, to establish new scientific contacts between both theoretical and applied teams. Special sessions will be devoted to 1. The Life and Scientific Activity of Academician A. M. Lyapunov. The goal of this session is to consider historical and methodological aspects: 2. Scientific educational program of aerospace universities and institutes of RAS Studies and Development of Student Micro-satellites. Its objective is to discuss specific applied and educational problems 3. Intersectional round-table discussion 'Nonlinear Dynamical Analysis in the World in the XXI Century.' This round table is important for the coordination of different scientific group activities. We hope to evoke a live discussion of new ideas, perspectives and priorities in nonlinear dynamical analysis.
