Forecasting Unit Performance: A Current Value Human Resources Accounting System for Navy Organizations

This study constructed an equation system for forecasting unit performance changes attributable to changes in organizational human resource functioning. Forecasts were made for a sample of 174 fleet units with the results converted into anticipated personnel gains and losses and into changes in readiness. (Author)
