The purpose of this conference is to bring together workers in the areas of electronics and optoelectronics who share common interest in the physics and technology of picosecond solid state devices, their multi-gigahertz applications and ultrafast measurement techniques. Subjects covered included: optoelectronic devices; semiconductor device physics; electronic devices; cryo electronics; device fabrication technology; device characterization; and circuits and signal processing.
