This is our final report on the Audit of Case Closure Procedures for Foreign Military Sales for your information and use. Comments on a draft of this report were considered in preparing the final report. We made the audit from January through August 1989. The objectives of the audit were to evaluate the adequacy of foreign military sales case closure procedures in effect for cases designated as candidates for closure, and the adequacy of internal controls that relate to case closure procedures.
