摘要

Two types of hybrid lithium-ion batteries were prepared by using LiMn2O4 and Li4Ti5O12 as cathode and anode material, respectively. The former type of battery consisted of micrometric particles and the latter of nanometric particles. Samples of both types of material were characterized in terms of structure and also of electrochemical behaviour versus lithium in coin cells. Electrochemical tests on nano-nano and micro-micro hybrid lithium-ion batteries revealed the former to exhibit higher reversibility and better performance, possibly as a result of lithium ions in them being able to migrate more easily into the electrode material.
