Eurasian Animals and Quaternary Environments: The Contribution of Palaeontology to the SEQS-DATESTRA 2020 Virtual Meeting (Wroclaw, Poland) - QI Special Issue Dedicated to Adam Nadachowski

摘要

On 28 September 2020, the INQUA-SEQS 2020 on-line conference "Quaternary Stratigraphy - palaeoenvironment, sediments, fauna and human migrations across Central Europe" was held in Wroclaw, in the Library of the Institute of Geography and Regional Development of the University of Wroclaw, under the patronage of prof, dr hab. Przemystaw Wiszewski, Rector of the University of Wroclaw (Fig. 1). This conference was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of prof. Adam Nadachowski (Fig. 2). It was held under the patronage of the following orgenizations: INQUA - SEQS Section on European Quaternary Stratigraphy; INQUA -SACCOM Commission on Stratigraphy and Chronology; INQUA - International Union for Quaternary Research; University of Wroclaw; Polish Academy of Sciences; Quaternary Research Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Polish Geological Society.
